-Coach Stacie, aka 'The Food Label Ninja'
Hi, I’m Coach Stacie, aka 'The Food Label Ninja'. I am Founder/Practice Owner of Stacie Morrison TRUE Health and Wellness, LLC. My husband, Chris, and daughter, Ashley, moved to beautiful Coastal North Carolina about 11 years ago from Western PA (GO STEELERS!). We are proud beekeepers. I also enjoy running, biking, and really anything health and wellness related.
My TRUE health and wellness journey began as a client of my current health and wellness coach (YES! I still have a coach!) At this point in my life, I was plagued with a laundry list of health concerns and a bag full of pharmaceuticals to treat them. After 20+ years of being in the pharmaceutical industry, I felt, for me, this was just the beginning of further health decline due to potential side effects, and not the ultimate solution. Something inside me said I was simply too young to be heading in this direction. I decided to work a different path. Through the accountability, education, and support of a Certified Holistic Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach, I was successful in being medication free. In addition, the byproduct of my lifestyle changes has been a sustainable 30+ pound weight loss. My body has been able to heal itself of all health concerns.
Due to my successful lifestyle changes that were instrumental in the recovery of my health, I decided to devote the next chapter in my career to “paying it forward” and pursued Health and Wellness Coaching as well. I am a National Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Certificate No. 213073806 (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). I received my training as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health and Wellness Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Upon graduation from IIN, I elected to sit for IAHC exam. Passing that exam means that I am a Certified International Health Coach (International Association for Health Coaches). In addition, I am a Certified Advanced Medical Representative (CMR Institute) and earned a BS in Health Information Management (University of Pittsburgh). I am currently prepping/studying to sit for the NBHWC exam where I will be a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). It is my ultimate goal to inspire, empower, motivate, and educate others so they too can truly take control of their health, no matter where they are on their personal journey.
